Chhatrashibir mourns the death of Shibir leader Abdullah Al Mamun in a road accident
Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir has expressed deep grief over the death of meritorious student leader Abdullah Al Mamun, a member of Chhatrashibir, in a tragic road accident.
In a joint condolence message, Chhatrashibir Central President Salahuddin Ayoubi and Secretary General Rashedul Islam said meritorious student leader Abdullah Al Mamun died in a motorcycle accident at 11am on Friday. Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun. At his death, the organization lost a dedicated leader. In his demise, not only Chhatrashibir but also the nation has lost a promising, talented and honest citizen. Abdullah Al Mamun, who got A+ in the Dakhil examination, was the only brother to three sisters and the only son of his parents. We are deeply saddened by the loss of a talented student and single son like him. Abdullah Al Mamun's love and passion for the Islamic movement will be exemplary for us. The manpower of all levels of Chhatrashibir are deeply saddened by his tragic death. His sacrifice and efforts to take the Islamic movement forward will remain an exemple for us.
The leaders conveyed their deepest condolences to the bereaved family and comrades of beloved Abdullah Al Mamun and prayed to the Almighty to grant the deceased Jannatul Ferdous.
It is to be noted that Abdullah Al Mamun was the victim of a horrific motorcycle accident on September 23 at 5.30 pm. Later, he died the next day while undergoing treatment at ICU of Khulna Gazi Medical College. He was the son of Ramzan Ali of Chuparia village in Agardari union of Sadar upazila of Satkhira district.
