Human rights is a basic right according after birth to every human being, and is essential, and required for the basic living and development aspects of human life. Human rights are inalienable and non-compromisable, especially in a democratic society, where the state is duty bound to provide its citizens such rights. The UN Declaration of Human rights was declared on 10 December, 1948 and serves as a model to establish human rights for suppressed people worldwide.

Effective measures must be taken to revive the education environment in the flood affected areas
